All wines are sold in Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. All sales of wine are final, however we offer replacement bottles for wines that arrive to the buyer damaged. When you place an order with Bethel Heights Vineyard, Inc., we will act on your behalf and engage UPS or FedEx to deliver your order. The purchaser and recipient of this shipment must be at least 21 years old and an adult signature is required upon delivery.
