Pinot noir is at the heart of Bethel Heights’ history. Most of the fruit comes from our original, own-rooted vines planted at the vineyards opening in 1977. Additionally, we harvest from several estate blocks, which are wonderfully distinctive from one another. We are equally passionate about the surrounding Willamette Valley vineyards that we source from.
Along with producing our award-winning estate Chardonnay, our winemaker, Ben Casteel, has a great fondness for aromatic white varieties such as Pinot blanc, Pinot gris, Riesling, and Gewürztraminer.
Every so often we offer a collection of wines for a limited time. Sometimes it's a vertical from one of our legacy blocks, and other times a selection of our favorites from a given vintage.
