The 2014s are here! Be the first to try the highly-anticipated 2014 vintage and be there for the unveiling of Ben and Mimi’s new Reserve Pinot Blanc project. We only made 75 cases of this exceptional wine and we are offering it exclusively to the Cellar Club at the event!
This special selection of estate grown Pinot blanc received a prolonged élevage, or finishing, in barrel following its primary fermentation. The raw adolescent wine became a refined, elegant adult without losing its beautiful fresh fruit and lively verve.
Caterer: Let Um’ Eat
Let Um’ Eat is a collective of chefs from San Francisco and Vail, CO (some of them from James Beard award-winning restaurants) who packed up to purchase a farm in the Eola-Amity Hills. They are churning out some of the Valley’s most impressive food and 90% of the produce and meat they’ll be using for our event comes from their farm! http://www.letumeat.com
